Western Kentucky Heart, Lung & Gastroenterology

Construction consisted of a new three-story building that houses the Western Kentucky Heart, Lung and Gastroenterology physicians group, a 300-seat educational auditorium with pre-function space, a coffee kiosk in the first-floor lobby, multiple offices, event space, conference rooms, and a pedway tie-in to existing buildings. The second floor has a spacious patient waiting room with numerous exam and procedure rooms and offices surrounding the core space.

The building provides a unique blend of patient care, continuing education, patient education, and conference space. Most importantly, the facility provides much-needed patient care and patient resources for the residents of rural southern and central Kentucky, thus significantly affecting the well-being of the area’s residents who often find themselves without this level of care in proximity to their homes.
