Waterfront Park Place Luxury Condominium High-Rise

Wehr Constructors, Inc. was the Construction Manager of the Waterfront Park Place 23-story luxury condominium high rise located in the skyline of downtown Louisville, KY. The building included three floors of common use spaces and fit-up of roughly one-third of the towers 88 custom-built luxury condo units. The project also included the construction of a four-story parking garage, shelled out retail spaces, and a central mechanical building that housed the tower's mechanical systems. Waterfront Park Place’s amenities include a rooftop pool and sky garden, meditation area, fitness center, club room, meeting space, party room, 24-hour security, covered parking, floor-to-ceiling windows, and patios or terraces. This landmark project was completed in 2004.
