University of Kentucky Medical Center – Behavioral Health Unit

WEHR Constructors was the construction manager of the UK Health - PAV H 3rd Floor Behavioral Health Unit located in Lexington, KY. This Behavioral Health Unit Renovation at the UK Medical Center - Pavilion H is approximately 10,280 sq.ft.

This space included two day rooms for patients, outdoor patio space, cafeteria and kitchen, two consulting rooms, nurses station, padded wall decompression room, and 10 patient bedrooms equiped with adjacent bathrooms. WEHR managed the laser scan and BIM Modeling of the entire space.
