Tampa Bay Water Building

Wehr Constructors, Inc. was the construction manager of the Tampa Bay Water building.  The project consists of adding new structural steel and curtain wall/storefront framing system to the existing entrance to Tampa Bay Water. We also reworked the steps leading up to the entrance and added a canopy system over the entrance. There was minor finish work on the first and second floor to accommodate the new entrance system.
