Wehr Constructors, Inc. was the Construction Manager at the Power Equipment - New Industrial Distribution & Training Center in LaVerne, TN.

This project consists of a replacement facility for Power Equipment to house their rental fleet, parts warehouse, customer service department, office fit-up, training rooms, sales, and shop to work on Komatsu Equipment. The main one story building is near 60,000 sq

ft which will be their largest facility yet. Also, an outbuilding houses their track shop to repair tracks and wash bay to clean equipment before servicing. The site will also have a calibration pad where the GPS equipped equipment can be calibrated and a sand lot where equipment can be tested out by potential customers.
