Nutex Health Starkey Ranch – Free Standing Emergency Department

Wehr Constructors, Inc. was the Construction Manager of the Nutex Health Starkey Ranch ER & Hospital in Odessa, FL.

This project encompasses building a facility to house Emergency Department, Medical Patient Care Unit, Operating Room Suite and Imaging to serve the residents of Odessa, FL. The project consists of the following:

• 24-Hour Emergency Department (5 Emergency Exam Rooms, 1 patient exam room, 1 trauma/Resuscitation Room and 1 air-bourne isolation exam room)
• 8 Medical in-patient rooms
• Radiology Department
• 1 Operating Room and 2 PACU/Prep/Recovery Bays
• Central Pharmacy, Laboratory
• Dietary Kitchen and required ancillary support spaces
