Morehead State University

Wehr Constructors, Inc. was the construction manager of the Morehead State University Dining Commons and East Parking Garage. The project was two separate buildings, one being the new East Parking Garage and the other being the new dining commons facility. The parking garage is approximately 113,000 SF with roughly 358 parking spaces on three separate levels. The structure was constructed with precast concrete bearing on rock with drilled piers and footings. There is also a parking level below that dining commons that ties to the parking garage on the street level. The exterior skin of the parking garage ties with the state of the art Dining Commons area.
