Wehr Constructors was the Construction Managers (at-risk) for the King’s Daughters’ Health – Replacement Hospital and Medical Office Building, located in Madison, Indiana. The hospital is a four-floor 212,000 sq. ft. building that includes 72 Private Patient Beds, 8 Private Post-Partum Beds, 5 OR’s, 4 LDR’s, 28 Pre/Post OP Rooms, Emergency Room, and one MRI.

The Medical Office Building is a two-floor 95,000 sq. ft. building that consist of 12 Office Suites, Dietary, Administration, Registration, Gift Shop, and Materials Management.

King’s Daughters’ Health and Wehr Constructors have a long standing relationship that dates back to 1976.
