Meet The Team

Kelly Holcomb earned a degree in architectural design and started his career in the construction management department of Alliant Health Systems. As President of Wehr Constructor's Western Kentucky Operations, Kelly has over 19 years of construction management experience. Kelly has led many historic renovations and highly technical construction projects in his almost two decades at Wehr.

Most recently he served as Principal-in-Charge on Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital’s $100M five story patient tower addition over an active emergency room. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable in cost accounting, estimating, scheduling and subcontractor management.
