Humana, Inc. World Headquarters Tower

Wehr Constructors, Inc., was the Construction Manager of the 588,400 sq. ft, 27-story Humana Headquarters corporate office building completed from 1982-1985. The exterior of the building was composed of a marble/granite façade, imported from Italy. The corporate tower boasts a 2-story underground parking garage, a 6 story waterfall at the main entrance, full-service kitchen, restaurant, and fitness center. In addition, the tower occupies space for tenant build-out and leasing.
