Meet The Team

Mr. Berry began his construction career working as a laborer in 1974 and did so throughout his college years. Upon earning a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 1978, Mr. Berry started as a field engineer performing surveying on most of the projects Wehr was constructing. He was a field superintendent on one warehouse addition project before being called into the office to serve as an Assistant Project Manager in 1980.

Mr. Berry bid the first cellular phone towers system in Louisville in 1985 and from there, bid and negotiated over 700 sites throughout the southeastern United States all the way to Key West, FL. He managed Humana hospital projects in Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, Florida, and Illinois throughout the 1980s and 1990s as well.

He is currently an elder and small group leader at Northeast Christian Church in Louisville, former elder, deacon, and board member at Eminence Christian Church, past Master and Secretary of Eminence Masonic Lodge, served on the Board of Directors at Farmers Deposit Bank in Eminence, and is was the Chairman of the Eagle Creek Golf Course Board of Directors in LaGrange.

Mr. Berry and his wife Julie are proud of their two sons, Dale Jr. (DJ) and Brandon, whom are both Presidents at Wehr Constructors, Inc. They have 7 grandchildren that they enjoy much of their spare time with.
