Anchorage Independent School

Since 1980, Wehr Constructors has served as the Construction Manager on two projects for the Anchorage Independent School District. The first project was a 22,000 sq. ft. addition that included new classrooms, teaching centers, new administration offices, new custodial closets and arena for the schools art program.

This project also include approximatley 12,000 sq. ft. of interior renovations and extensive site and landscaping upgrades. The second project included a 35,00 sq.ft. addition consisting of a new library, eight classrooms, renovations to the existing gymnasium, a new shale roof and HVAC and electrical upgrades.
