All Children’s Hospital Specialty Care Facilities

This project consisted of on-site development including underground utilities, access, parking, storm retainage, and landscaping. The project included two single-story, 19,000 square-foot buildings that provided initial screening and follow-ups for those clients that have been released from the main hospital in St. Petersburg. These facilities provide full-service diagnostics.
