Francis Parker School – Mixed Use Building

WEHR Constructors was the construction manager of the Francis School/Building Renovation.

Mixed use redevelopment of old YMCA building located at 3rd and Broadway in downtown Louisville, KY. The seven story historical building was renovated into a fully functional high school on the lower floors and a mixed used HUD apartment complex on the upper floors.

This project included the restorations of original finishes within the existing structure and the integration of new technology to adapt the building to 21st century use.
