Project Description
This project involved a new three-story, 30,000 square foot medical office building with custom-designed suites for individual physicians. The building provides a Heart/Vascular Center, Cardiac Cath Lab and ancillary diagnostic services.

Project Unique Characteristics

• The facility was sandwiched between the Outpatient Surgery Building and the entrance drive to the hospital’s Emergency Department.
• Construction was completed with no impact to the ongoing function of the Emergency Department or Surgery Building.
