Shawn Woosley

Shawn Woosley joined Wehr Constructors in 2004 as the Chief Financial Officer and was promoted 3 years later to Vice President of Finance at which time he joined the Board of Directors. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Louisville, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has 17 years of accounting experience and is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Shawn Woosley is involved in all financial aspects of Wehr, including: profitability, projections, financial planning, investments, 401K administration, state, federal, and local taxes, company insurance and employee insurance administration, legal matters, and information technology.
