Project Description

Construction of a new four story 125,00 sq. ft. addition in 27 months.  Four stories were added above active emergency department.  Work included patient rooms, pediatric surgery, central sterile, postpartum, labor & delivery, oncology and NICU.

The East Tower Expansion Addition is a 5-story addition over the hospital’s existing Emergency Department. As the construction manager, Wehr coordinated all work in a manner that avoided any shutdowns of the emergency department services.
