Project Description

Construction included the complete demolition and retro-fitting of the existing church building shell. The result was a “new” 800 seat 16,000 sq. ft. sanctuary and pre-school. Also included was an enhanced pre-school beneath the existing church, expanded lobby and gathering space. Construction included new sound, video, and theatrical lighting systems.

Project Unique Characteristics

• Retro-fitted the existing exposed glue-laminated shell to provide new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems.
• Coordinated daily construction activities with pre-school director and facilities director
• Restored existing organ and provided a new organ façade with additional façade organ piping
