Project Description
The scope involved a six-phase project consisting of a 4,100 square foot addition and 35,400 square foot renovation of former the Intensive Care and Critical Care Unit, which was transformed into new Operating Suites with state-of-the-art equipment.

Project Unique Characteristics

• Extremely critical phasing because of the need to have original number of Operating Suites operational and accessible while transforming the existing space.
• Brought the new Operating Suites into service before taking others out of service, while ensuring the safety of patients and maintaining the capability to perform needed surgeries.
