Project Description

The construction of this new 4-story, 60,000 sq. ft. medical office building was a shell space for future tenant build outs.  The exterior of the building consisted of masonry and limestone with a curtain wall system on the north and south elevations.

Project Unique Characteristics

• Use of value engineering because the original concept of a concrete structure had to be designed for a steel structure 
• Detailed limestone work
• Structure needed to blend with the existing hospital
