Project Description

As the Construction Manager for the contemporary 210,000 sq.ft., 3-story outpatient hospital, Wehr Constructors completed Jewish Hospital Medical Center East under budget and ahead of the aggressive schedule.  Wehr’s coordination of design teams, trade contractors and state and local government agencies was pivotal in the success of the project.

The build-out included 9 ORs, 4 endoscopy rooms, 40 preparation/recovery rooms, 3 MRIs, cardiovascular department, emergency department, physical therapy, 4 CT scanners and full administrative support facilities.
