Scott Smith began with Wehr Constructors in July 1991 as a project manager. In September 1995 he was promoted to Senior Project Manager and in 1997 was promoted to Vice President and subsequently elected to the Board of Directors of Wehr Constructors, Inc., and is now stockholder and the Executive Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Smith is very versed in preparation of bid packages; cash flow and budget analysis; preparation of monthly profit and manpower projections; quality control; and scheduling and development. As an owner of Wehr Constructors, Mr. Smith insures that the ownership of Wehr Constructors is vested in the Project.
