Vice President

Mr. Holcomb joined Wehr Constructors, Inc. in November 1997 as a Project Manager.  His self-motivation, focused work ethics and attention to detail on his projects, with his project team as well as in every area of client service and satisfaction has earned him a position as Vice President.  He obtained his degree in Architectural Design and began working in the Construction Management Department for Alliant Health Systems.  While at Alliant, he was responsible for numerous renovations and code upgrades.  Mr. Holcomb is extremely knowledgeable in infection control process, cost accounting, estimating, as well as supervision and management of subcontractors.   His experience in cost containment, scheduling and field activities helps in bringing his projects in on time and within budget.
