John F. Gaver Executive Vice President John Gaver began work with Wehr Constructors in Brandon, Florida, in December, 1988. In 1966, he received his B.S. in Civil Engineering, as well as completing U.S. Air Force Officer Training School. Mr. Gaver is a Professional Engineer for the states of Missouri, Illinois, and Florida, where he is also a registered General Contractor; and a Certified Construction Manager. Mr. Gaver received his Masters in Business Administration in 1982, and was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honorary. Mr. Gaver is responsible for operation of the Florida office, and management of all phases of construction, including analysis of architectural plans, analysis of project costs, development of construction schedules, solution of engineering problems, and supervision of field construction.
